It takes months to plan a wedding, the wedding decoration, guests list, flowers. The bride has so many things on her mind, and despite all that, she forgets one important thing- herself
The tips I wrote bellow, can be very useful, especially in the middle of the wedding chaos.

Take care of your skin
As it is very important for your makeup on the big day, proper skin care is crucial. To keep your skin glowing and youthful, you must regularly cleanse, toning and moisturizing your skin. Don't forget to exfoliate, exfoliation will remove dead skin cells from the skin surface, which opens the way for moisturizing products to penetrate more deeply into the skin, which makes them more effective. In short, a regular exfoliating routine will leave your skin looking fresh and healthy.
Monthly facials, starting six months before the wedding can improve the skin tone, texture, and appearance.

Don't forget your hair
Same as the facial, doing hair treatments and hair spa, will make your hair look healthy and shiny. If you are not into chemical treatments, you can check out for some DIY hair mask, there are so many on the internet. Have a look at 7 DIY hair masks, that will actually work.
Also, the hair on the other body parts, like legs, arms, underarms. If you are waxing make sure you remove the hair at least a week before the wedding day, to avoid any skin irritations.
Beautiful nails, hands, and feet
It is always relaxing to go for manicure and pedicure, but also what you can do at home is to massage your hands and feet with coconut oil, before you sleep.
Make sure you choose the best nail technician and get a very beautiful nail, artificial or if you want natural, you can choose a nice nail polish that will go with your wedding dress.
Here are some nail ideas for brides:
Your body and mind
Most of the brides are trying to lose weight for the big day, however, it is important not to put too much stress on your body and metabolism. The safest way is to start with a diet plan four months before and consult with a dietitian and a personal trainer.
Meditation is very efficient for reducing stress, try to do it at least 15 minutes a day. Having positive thoughts will bring you inner peace and the wedding will feel like a breeze.
Sleep is very important, try to get at least 8 hours sleep. Lack of sleep may result in dark circles under the eyes, and no one wants that on their wedding day.
Few things to avoid before/on the wedding day: avoid untried facial products on the wedding day, don't tweeze your brows on your wedding day, don't skip meals.
I hope all these above, will help you to stay calm and feel beautiful on your big day. At the end of day what we feel inside is what reflects outside.
