Cancellation Policy
To reserve your treatment, a R300 deposit is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance will be settled in-store on the day of your treatment. As each appointment time is thoughtfully prepared for you, we kindly request a 24 hours’ notice period should you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in the deposit being forfeited. We encourage you to arrive on time to enjoy your full treatment experience. Late arrivals may require adjustments to your session to accommodate the next guest. Thank you for honouring our time and allowing us to create a seamless experience for every client.
